Wall painting for University of Agricultural Sciences

Another amazing and very ambitious project which had the same tromple'l oeil style, is the central wall painting at the entry of University of Agricultural Sciences in Bucharest.
 
Can you imagine the patience, perseverance and ambition required to paint thousands of leaves, each one with certain shadow, light, materiality and brightness?

I remember the college students who saw this painting often exclaiming: ''how is it possible to grow  sunflowers, apples trees, peaches trees, grapes, etc..in the same place!!''  but my friends and I just wanted to achieve a more realistic painting as extraordinary and full of wealth.
